Claims are submitted on a daily basis via real-time to the medical aids. Due to the excellent and reliable processing software BDW uses, almost immediately we are able to identify the monies due for payment to the practice via a medical remittance advice. Should there be any monies unpaid, these claims are followed up (also daily) ensuring the claims are settled as soon as possible, by the medical aids and / or the patients.
