By handling all medical and private claims from and to the medical aids and patients for any practice or clinic across South Africa, we are assisting in medical practice management and the administration thereof.

With over a decade experience in the medical industry, we strive not only to perfect the various processes and necessary relationships, but have also proven ourselves on the basis of client / practitioner retention and professional business relations.

All medical claims are submitted electronically on a daily basis to the relevant schemes via real-time. Once the claims have been processed, we monitor the entire real-time process ensuring that our practitioners have a fast and efficient turn-around time enabling a healthy weekly cash flow.

If, should it ever occur, there are discrepancies with an account, we also intervene in order to resolve the concerns as they are followed up, corrected and resubmitted ensuring the account is processed for payment.

In the case where the relevant scheme did not approve payments or compensate for the account, we liaise with the patient in the most professional manner, in order to settle outstanding balances
